SYNOPSIS

Lamotte-Beuvron, in the Loir-et-Cher region. This Sologne town is home to one of the mysteries of French patisserie: the tarte Tatin. This internationally famous apple dessert owes as much to its original recipe as to the legend that the Tatin sisters made a "mistake". This documentary unravels the mystery of this French gastronomic heritage and how the Lamottois have managed to reclaim this Sologne speciality in recent years.
