SYNOPSIS

A journey through world cultures seen through the eyes of children aged 10 to 14. In each episode, a young guide introduces us to their village, friends and community, revealing the traditions and ways of life passed down from generation to generation.

Robinson Crusoe Island (2021)

On Robinson Crusoe Island, off the coast of Chile, 15-year-old Tomas dreams of becoming a fisherman like his father. But as he shares his island life and close connection to the sea, he also faces a difficult choice: follow tradition or leave for university on the mainland.

Ecuador (2019)

On the banks of the Napo River in the Ecuadorian jungle, 13-year-old Juan shares his daily life with his family and friends. From canoeing to school and fishing in the river to gathering food and learning from his shaman grandfather, he introduces us to the traditions and rhythms of life in his community.
