SYNOPSIS
Through the portrait of four women of faith, avant-garde figures in Christian history (the diplomat Catherine of Siena, the artist Putila Nelli, the charitable Louise de Marillac and the missionary adventurer Suzanne Aubert), embodied by 4 actresses, the film asks contemporary questions that resonate particularly at a time of the liberation of women's speech, claiming respect, equality and acknowledgement. How do contemporary communities feed on the experience of their elders, how do the nuns draw inspiration from the figures guardians who preceded them?
