SYNOPSIS
WWI didn't only shatter the way wars are fought, it also profoundly changed the way we eat. A trip back through the history books dedicated to nutrition in 1914-1918: the mobilization of the entire word's ressources, the introduction of new products that are now part of our daily lives, treasures of inventiveness to economize on food... Nutrition was also a weapon of war that played a role in defeating central powers.
